Ruud Janssen

Switzerland-based Ruud Janssen, CMM, DES CED (1970), is dedicated to helping teams in NGOs, membership-based organizations, and corporations design impactful events. As a global innovator, he advises clients such as the International Olympic Committee, United Nations, Google an the Internet Society. With Roel Frissen, he co-created the #EventCanvas and founded the Event Design Collective, focusing on innovation in business and event models for high-stakes events.

An active member of PCMA, Internet Society, and MPI, Ruud has served as a certified MPI Global Trainer and on the Meeting Professionals International (MPI) International Board of Directors. Proficient in English, Dutch, French, and German, he is a sought-after speaker on event design, ROI, and virtual and hybrid events.
