Raymond Borgone is the Director of Business Operations in IEEE’s Conferences, Events & Experiences group.  In this capacity, Ray leads a team of Business Analysts that support IEEE’s financially-sponsored conferences and events.  The Business Operations team works closely with conference organizers in key areas like budget development, bank account setup, financial reporting, taxes, audits, and transaction processing.

Ray has 14+ years of experience in IEEE conference financial management.  He holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance from Georgetown University and a Masters of Business Administration from Rutgers University.
