Patricia Najar currently serves as the Global Sales Manager at Destination DC, Washington, DC Convention and Visitors Bureau. She plays an important role in promoting international meetings, incentive groups, conferences, and exhibitions in Washington, DC.

Previously, she dedicated 11 years to the Office of Representation of the Mexico Tourism Board in Tokyo, Japan, where she led Mexico’s tourism promotion in eleven countries across the Asia-Pacific region, including Japan, South Korea, China, India, and Australia. Her multicultural background and expertise in developing strategic alliances are instrumental in attracting international events and conferences to Washington, DC.

Patricia holds a Master’s degree in International Business from the University of Sophia in Tokyo, Japan, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Strategic Studies from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM).
