Frederic Hoffmann

Chef Frederic Hoffmann has served as the Executive Chef at Hilton Waikoloa Village since 2022. Chef Frederic oversees the resort’s 12 dynamic dining outlets, including the signature Kamuela Provision Company, Nui Italian and Kona Tap Room, as well as catered events and the Legends of Hawaii Luau.

Chef Frederic previously worked as the executive chef at ‘Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach on Oahu. In the Hawaiian Islands, he has also worked as executive chef at St. Regis Princeville Resort on Kauai. He has progressed through the culinary ranks working for a number of luxury hotels across Canada and the U.S. including the W San Francisco, The Westin Calgary, Le Meridian King Edward Hotel and more.

Chef Frederic was educated at the Instituit de Tourism et D’hotellerie du Quebec in Montreal and George Brown College of Applied Arts and Technology in Toronto, where he earned a Certification for Professional Cook with Inter-Provincial Seal.
