Cecelia Jankowski is the Managing Director of IEEE Member and Geographic Activities. She is responsible for IEEE membership operations and implementing member engagement and leadership development strategies for MGA and IEEE geographic units around the world.

Prior to IEEE, Cecelia was at Northrop Grumman, where she held technical and management positions in the areas of aerospace electronics, avionics systems design and analysis, and signal processing for radar systems applications.
